Professional guides provide a complete orientation, fit your harness and helmet, supervise every platform and return you to the Mto wa Mbu base after the final line.

Experience itinerary

Step 1 Check in at the Mto wa Mbu base and securely store loose belongings.
Step 2 Fit your harness, helmet and gloves and learn the guide signals and braking procedure.
Step 3 Take a short scenic transfer across Maasai land to the launch site.
Step 4 Begin with lower introductory lines to build confidence.
Step 5 Continue to the longer viewpoint lines between baobab platforms.
Step 6 Complete the final zip, remove your equipment and return to the base.
Step 7 Relax at the base or continue to an optional add-on activity.

Morning and afternoon departures are available. Participation remains subject to the operator’s safety assessment, equipment requirements, weather and course conditions.
